What's The Story?

Some Derbyshire school children have worked together to make a playground scene. Lots of children were involved in the activity. Some of them had learning difficulties.
Some had fun painting bricks and painting tarmac. When this was dry some different children painted a hopscotch and playground games on top. Other children drew themselves having fun doing what they liked best. These pictures were cut out and stuck onto the playground picture.
Hand-eye co-ordination difficulties made it hard for some of the children to use scissors but some adult helpers were there to help with this. Now that the montage is completed the children can see how they have been included "in the picture"!
