What's The Story?

This image is an example of a story using animals, in which a wheelchair using teddy is just one of the many teddy characters. The teddy is casually represented and needs no introducing in the actual book. For the purposes of this image bank only:

Children love to search through the books to see what each of those little bears is up to. One of these bears uses a wheelchair, and he joins in the fun along with all the others."

Responses to this image have been about how it can give a disabled child a connection with a fantasy world. Its value in encouraging role play to work through situations has also been raised.
