What's The Story?

Toy libraries in buildings or vans are a community resource for play and can include toys for loan, equipment and a dedicated place to play with trained staff. In the picture a young boy is using a ramp to access the library van. He is using a walking frame. Not all people with a physical impairment use wheelchairs. Less than 10% of all disabled people use a wheelchair and there are many other ways of illustrating a physical impairment!
