What's The Story?

This photograph shows a child using an electric wheelchair - these are usually much bigger than a manual chair.

He is using the joystick in the centre of the tray to control his movements. He has a headrest and back support on the chair. You can just see the waist strap that keeps him secure and the foot straps to help keep his feet and legs in the correct position.
