What's The Story?This photograph shows a child being fitted with gaiters. Gaiters are a type of splint and are usually made from canvas with reinforced strips to maintain the length. Gaiters should fit correctly and the child wearing them should feel comfortable. They can be worn on the legs or the arms and usually fasten with velcro strips.
